Transform HK is a competition open to all, which promises to give one lucky lady and gentleman a full body, mind and soul transformation.

Organizer of the competition is fun outdoor fitness regime, Bootcamp. The Bootcamp team will get the winners of the competition looking fit and fabulous in just eight weeks. Three free weekly sessions of fun outdoor workouts with a Bootcamp trainer consist of a more unusual workout than just plodding along on a treadmill. Bootcamp's idea of bench pressing is using an actual park bench. Stairs become an integral part of circuits and playgrounds become the perfect place for push ups!

As well as a weight loss fitness program, Bootcamp will arrange nutrition sessions with its resident nutritionist. The nutritionist consultations will take the winners through their diet and provide recipe ideas to combine healthy eating with sensible exercise. See the pounds shed in no time!

Immaginare Consulting will guide winners through their wardrobe, personal shop with them and suggest the appropriate look for all personal and professional occasions. Skin care, make up, hair and etiquette will also form part of the transformation, which will be complete with a trip to Hippfish Salon, Central for a hair cut and style.

To truly re-invent yourself and to help the winners stick to the program, the transformation will address what is on the inside as well as the outside. NRG's life coach, Ana Scherer will guide winners through the inspirational process of re-evaluating their lives and looking at their future through weekly coaching sessions.
